If your organization uses Vallum, we also process the operational metadata needed to provide that deployment.
Protected traffic
Vallum is designed not to persist plaintext request or response bodies, cookies, credentials, decoded payloads, or real scrambling source values as ordinary telemetry. Product configurations may enable narrowly scoped features—such as deferred disclosure—that temporarily store encrypted values. Your organization controls its deployment choices and remains responsible for its application data.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Vallum; authenticate users; operate organizations; respond to support and sales requests; detect abuse; measure reliability; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use customer application data to train general-purpose AI models.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help operate authentication, scheduling, hosting, communications, analytics, storage, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction. Providers may use information only to perform services for us under appropriate obligations.
